Return & Refund Policy

At Allenz Threadz, all sales are final.

Because our products are made, printed, or prepared specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, or shipping information entered by the customer at checkout.
