At Allenz Threadz, each item is made to order through our print provider. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary.

Order Processing and Production

Production times are estimates provided by our print provider. Orders may take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to be processed, printed, and prepared for shipment before they are shipped out.

Please note that production times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or other delays with the print provider.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and printed, it will be shipped using the shipping method available at checkout. Shipping times are also estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Delays

If there are any delays in the production or shipping of your order, Allenz Threadz will notify you as soon as possible. An updated estimate of the production or shipping timeline will be provided when available.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Allenz Threadz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work with the print provider or shipping carrier to find a resolution.
